He Stopped Loving Her Today

He Stopped Loving Her Today was made famous by George Jones.

Alan Jackson sings it at George’s 80th birthday.

Josh Turner also did a great cover of the song.

Christmas Music

There are so many great Christmas songs that I have decided to dedicate the whole month of December to Christmas Music.  Enjoy.

The Gift is one of the prettiest Christmas songs I have heard.  I first heard Garth Brooks do it but wasn’t able to find that version on the internet.  This version is by Canadian Aselin Debison.

Let It Be Christmas  by Alan Jackson is another favorite of mine.

The First Noel by Mario Lanza was a staple during my childhood.

Zac Brown Band

Chicken Fried was their first single and it went to #1 in 2008.

Toes also went to #1.

Alan Jackson joins them singing As She’s Walking Away.

Alan Jackson

Alan has written a number of country songs, some toughing, some serious and some amusing.  Here are a few favorites.

He recorded Remember When in 2003 after separating from his wife for a short while.

Between The Devil And Me was recorded in 1997.

It’s Five O’Clock Somewhere was recorded with Jimmy Buffett in 2003.
